Terms & Details

Details: The jacket is made of front quarter horsehide leather, with mouton panels and collar. Lined in the inside with mohair. Beautiful 30s Talon zipper pull works wonderfully, but has some rusting. No rips and tears, but there are some minor cosmetic damages to the fur. 8/10 condition.

The Grizzly Jacket is one that practically remains a relic in the heritage scene. It is one of the most luxurious leathers out there. The jacket took the 30s by storm, which is when menswear was slowly evolving. The jacket style originated from the Edes Robe Tanning Company, established in 1905. They became popular with the American athletes and were advertised with local sports heroes, helping the boost of the mid to late 1930s.

Sizing is determined by measurements not by the garment tag.
